Safe and Sound Home Care
Your loved one wants the comfort and independence of living at home. You need peace of mind about their safety and well-being. That’s where Safe and Sound Home Care can help.
No matter where life takes us, there’s no place like home. For many of our aging loved ones, the desire to live at home is often complicated by difficulties with daily tasks, such as bathing, taking medication properly, and nutrition, as well as feelings of loneliness and isolation.
Our caregiving and Care Management services are led by a Registered Nurse, ensuring elevated professional home care services that can include higher levels of Care Management when needed. We understand your peace of mind starts with a reliable, trustworthy caregiver. We know, because we’ve lived it. We started Safe and Sound Home Care in 2011, out of a need to care for our own family.
We are locally owned and operated, and we put in the work to assure you that the person taking care of your loved one has been through a thorough vetting process and meets the highest standards for trustworthiness and dependability.
With offices in Hernando, Oxford, and Tupelo, we’re nearby when you need us.
Professional In-Home Caregiving
Your older loved ones can continue living with dignity and privacy in the safety and security of their own homes with professional in-home caregivers from Safe and Sound Home Care. Providing help with bathing, grooming, housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders and other personal assistance that a loved one requires is exactly what the professionals at Safe and Sound Home Care do. Our caregivers are trained in techniques to safely transfer your loved one from a bed or chair, and move with them to ensure their safety while using a walker or wheelchair.
We work with you and your loved one to ensure he or she receives the care needed to maintain or return to a healthy, happy lifestyle – while retaining the dignity and comfort of life at home. Our caregivers are fully bonded and insured.
Carefully Selected and Trained Caregivers
We follow an extensive process for evaluating and hiring our caregivers. This process includes an in-depth application, reference checks, background checks, and drug testing.
We require in-person interviews, during which we test candidates’ knowledge and ability to provide personal caregiver services in a variety of situations. Before placing a caregiver with your loved one, they must participate in a thorough orientation and skills assessment.
